About the course

This half-day course introduces learners to mental health, common mental health conditions and ways to challenge stigma. It helps people feel more confident talking about mental health and signposting colleagues to appropriate support.

The session explores some of the factors that can affect wellbeing and helps learners understand how poor mental health can affect people at work and in everyday life.

The course is interactive and includes discussion, activities and practical examples to help learners apply their learning with confidence.
