Practical learning that builds confidence, conversations and healthier workplaces.
Practical training that helps people build healthier workplaces, stronger leaders and more confident teams.

Why we love what we do
We love seeing the moment learning clicks.
Whether it’s someone finding the confidence to start a difficult conversation, a manager discovering a new way to support their team, or a delegate leaving with practical ideas they can use immediately.
We believe learning should never feel like a lecture. People learn best when they feel comfortable enough to ask questions, share experiences and contribute.
Meet Liz & Sarah
Training should never feel like a lecture. It should feel like a conversation. We believe people learn best when they feel comfortable enough to ask questions, share experiences and leave with practical ideas they can use straight away.
BTG Training is led by Liz Chasteauneuf and Sarah Baker, experienced Learning & Development professionals, CIPD qualified and accredited MHFA England Instructor Members.
We have delivered more than 755 courses to over 6,192 learners across the UK, supporting organisations ranging from charities and family businesses to large national employers.
Together, we combine practical workplace experience with warm, engaging facilitation that helps people feel confident putting their learning into practice.

Accredited and experienced facilitators
Meet Liz
Liz brings extensive experience in Learning & Development, workplace mental health and leadership training. Her facilitation style is warm, practical and engaging, helping learners feel comfortable contributing and asking questions.
Meet Sarah
Sarah is an experienced facilitator, HR and Learning & Development professional who brings insight, reassurance and practical support to every session. She helps create an inclusive environment where everyone can take part.
What makes us different? Whenever possible, we deliver together. Having two facilitators means one of us can lead the session while the other supports discussions, answers questions and provides individual support whenever it’s needed—particularly during more sensitive conversations.
