Liz Chasteauneuf is an experienced learning and development professional with a wide range of delivery specialisms.

Working with individuals, groups, or entire organisations, Liz supports personal and team based development goals through a highly interactive and personable style translating academic concepts and theories in to real life pragmatic solutions.

Liz is an accredited instructor member of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and is approved to deliver the full range of adult MHFA courses. She is passionate about making a difference, raising awareness and challenging the stigma of mental ill-health.

Liz loves a challenge and works through training, coaching and mentoring to help others to gain the very best from their learning experience.

In addition to her MHFA expertise, Liz delivers ILM Diploma courses at levels 3 and 4, designs team building activities underpinned by her accreditation as a Belbin practitioner, and supports others to become more cre ative through her Mind Mapping courses (accredited by Illumine).
