Sarah Baker is an associate of BTG training, and has over 20 years’ experience as a MCIPD qualified HR professional.
Sarah is an accredited instructor member of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and is approved to deliver the Adult Mental Health Aware half day, and Adult Mental Health First Aid two day courses.
With a particular interest in supporting workplace Mental Health literacy, Sarah encourages discussion and understanding through MHFA training.
As an HR professional, Sarah has experience of managing the implications of employee ill health and brings these real life examples and solutions to enrich learning.
Sarah has worked in a range of sectors including retail, healthcare, local government, education and construction. She is a guardian of the Building mental Health Programme introduced by the Lighthouse Club to support the introduction of MHFA to the Construction industry.
