BTG Training
BTG training was set up in 2001 initially to improve a work life balance and has subsequently enjoyed great working relationships within the private, public and not for profit sector. The business has evolved becoming passionate about making a difference, raising awareness and helping to break the stigma of mental illness. Our trainers are qualified and quality assured MHFA instructors who have completed the MHFA Instructor Training programme accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health. Our training style is highly interactive and personable and are able to translate academic concepts into real pragmatic solutions. We have a great interested in drawing out contributions from others and making the best use of a team. Our experience enables us to draw upon a variety of sources. We may not always have the answers but we can always find someone who can help. We are happy to work with individuals or teams either through training, coaching or mentoring to stretch their learning and development experience.
